Gettit Timings Schedule
Version: 2026-08-01. Effective: 1 August 2026.
This Schedule forms part of the Gettit Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. It sets out the time limits that apply to Shipped orders. We may change these times, and we will give at least 14 days' notice before a change takes effect. A change does not apply to an order already placed.

What counts as a business day
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in your State or Territory. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward a dispatch deadline. A dispatch deadline falls at 11:59pm on the final business day, in the Seller's local time.
A worked example: if an item sells on a Friday, the 3 business days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so the Seller has until 11:59pm on Wednesday to lodge the parcel. If that Monday is a public holiday, the deadline moves to 11:59pm on Thursday.
Confirmation and inspection windows are counted in hours, not business days, so weekends and public holidays DO count toward them — a 48-hour window that starts on a Saturday ends on the Monday.
Every deadline that applies to you is shown on your order in the Gettit app, and we will remind you by notification and email while any deadline is outstanding.
