Beautiful natural untreated citrine cluster from morroco.
Natural citrine is actually quite rare compared to the abundant amounts of heat-treated amethyst that are commonly sold as “citrine.”
True natural citrine is formed when trace amounts of iron are present in the quartz crystals as they grow. The iron acts as a colorant, producing the golden yellow to orange-brown hues characteristic of citrine. This process occurs rarely in nature, so natural citrine deposits are very limited.
Natural Citrine and Heat-Treated Citrine do carry the same metaphysical properties and energies , but most whom have a chance to use natural citrine believe that natural citrine is more powerful and has a smoother consistency of energy than heat-treated.
Citrine (both varieties) are good for increasing energy. They are also known to assist with success and obtaining abundance. These sunny and happy stones are known to enhance imagination and visioning skills and can be wonderful for using during meditation and manifestation practices. Perfect Crystal to balance the solar plexus chakra.5 cm x 3 cm @ 20 gms
